More Than a Digital Desk Nameplate

Connected to workplace management system, the display can show desk numbers, occupancy status and employee names, helping employees navigate a flexible office and keeping workstation information accessible.

But we wanted to go a step further.

With built-in templates in uink RMS, employees can also use the display for personal to-do lists, daily planners and other everyday information. Rather than serving only as an administrative sign, it can become a small but useful part of an individual’s workspace.

Color helps distinguish different types of content and gives workplace information more visual flexibility, while providing room for personalized layouts.

Low power consumption for everyday use

E-paper uses power primarily when the displayed content changes. For desk information and personal plans that remain on screen for long periods, this makes it a practical alternative to continuously illuminated displays.

Glare-free viewing

The non-emissive screen offers a paper-like viewing experience, without the continuous light emitted by conventional LCD displays.

Flexible desktop placement

An integrated stand makes the display easy to position and move as workspace needs change. With suitable wireless connectivity and power arrangements, deployment can avoid dedicated network and power cabling at every desk.
